I went to the ER with severe and frightening pain, bladder, and bowel issues related to a recently acquired a post-infectious bowel syndrome. All my symptoms and weight loss were causing me quite a bit of anxiety. Dr. Cohen treated me compassion, patience, and respect, was very knowledgeable, yet humble, and even consulted with my long-distance GI doctor on the phone for input. He spent a lot of time with me. Doctors like this are rare, I am so grateful to have had his care.
