Within two minutes of arriving, the nurse called me in. I was very impressed that I didn't end up waiting AT ALL even though they were busy. There wasn't any noise, no radio or musak, no noisy waiting room, no other patients and no extended families waiting which helped with the anxiousness of being at an ER. Vitals taken, questions answered, tests performed as directed by Dr. Herr. I found my experience to be extremely professional and timely and now will be going to JMH for future ER needs.
