Wife was experiencing high heart rate (> 110/minute) for a couple of weeks. Cardiologist ran tests and said heart looked ok but nothing about the high rate. After visit heart rate elevated past 120 beats per min. Called Cardiologit's office and asked for nurse to call back re the problem...guess what, no call back...nothing. Her heart got up to 125 beats per minute Saturday afternoon so took her to Sonora Crossing Emergency. Dr Johns was the attending physician and after she had a number of tests performed she identified the problem, wrote a prescription. Returned home, took the prescribed medicine and within 30 minutes heart rate dropped to around 80/min. So much for high priced Cardiologists. Thank you, Dr. Johns. I am calling her office Monday to see if she has a private practice.
