Dr. Rockers is very friendly and takes a moment to visit about non-medical things. He's answered all of my questions when I've visited; even ones that did not pertain to the visit. One appointment he was running a bit late and when he arrived he was sincerely apologetic. Things happen that we can't always plan for, so it was understandable.
