I have been a patient of Dr. Chao since 2008 and though he may not be all smiles, I knew I was in the best care. It was Dr. Chao who discovered that I had cancer and he was supportive of me every step of the way, even visiting me in the hospital on his birthday. He did an amazing job educating me on what my life would be like before and after surgery. Dr. Chao knew my work schedule and always made sure my appointments worked around my schedule. No, he does not always smile or have the most upbeat personality, but I know I received the greatest care under Dr. Chao and as I always have, I would recommend him a million times over.
