Dr. Phillips is THE best. I wish he could be our neurologist and regular pediatrician. My daughter has been his patient for about 5 1/2 years now and I truly mean it when I say I cannot say enough good things about him and the care we’ve received. He has gone far above and beyond for us, on more than one occasion and we appreciate him very much.
