One of the exercises for neck and shoulder pain
that I like the best is to strengthen the neck muscles. So a really simple exercise-- take these two fingers, put them on your chin. And what you want to do is translate your head back
and then bring it forward. Translate your head back and bring it forward. What that's going to do, it's going to strengthen the neck muscles and give the muscles
in the back a break. So for the shoulder pain, what I like is what we call a wall walk, where you put your hand up
against the wall and you slowly bring your hand up and so you bring your hand down to kind of give your shoulder full range of motion.
