So the treatments do vary based on where you
have your area of involvement. So for example, if it's on the elbows or the knees, that skin is pretty thick, and can handle a lot more
of a stronger medication. If it's inverse psoriasis, where it's in skin folds, we have to be careful with the strength of anti-inflammatory
that we use there. For example, some kind of hydrocortisone preparation. So we lower the strength in areas such as the face,
in the underarms, or in the groin, because that skin is more sensitive. And because it's folded or occluded, it increases the potency of the medicine we use there.
