I know, you know, sometimes life happens but you have to, you know, be accountable and you have to, you know, be there for your patients.

I just had some problems with my doctor. The reason why it was difficult for me to, you know, receive information from him is because he was not there.
I went to three appointments, and he did not show up. And I really needed some advice and some information
and some new medication and some new test strips. It was time for me to get replenished, and he was, you know, nowhere to be found.
Had me waiting in the office for over an hour for them to tell me he's, you know, probably not coming.
The reason that they gave me, which is completely understandable, is that his mom had passed
and, you know, he-- he was low. I know that feeling because my mom passed, too.
But then either find a replacement or, you know,
shut down your practice until you can get yourself together and provide. As the provider, you're supposed to be there.
