Ingredients
- 1 slice wheat bread
- 1 leaf romaine lettuce
- 1 tsp avocado
- 1 tsp bacon bits
- 1 tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 slice deli turkey
- 1/3 cup shredded carrots
Preparation
- Cut crust off of bread and mash bread with your hands until it is flat
- Spread mayonnaise on the bread
- Add turkey to bread (trim to size)
- Layer lettuce, carrots, avocado and bacon bits
- Roll bread tightly and use toothpick to hold in place
- Slice roll into 1-inch-wide pieces
