Cranberry ginger cocktail

This drink is easy to make and sure to please the guests at your next party.

Ginger beer adds some fizz to your typical cranberry cocktail. The recipe amounts are for a mason jar, so if you’re glass of choice is smaller, cut the recipe in half.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup ginger beer

  • 2 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • Lemon (slices)
  • Ice cubes

Rub a lemon slice on the rim of a mason jar or glass, then dip the rim in sugar.

Add 5-6 ice cubes, cranberry juice and vodka to the jar and stir. Top with Ginger Ale and lime slices. Serve chilled!
