Ingredients
- 4 cups organic salad greens
- 6 cherry and yellow grape tomatoes, halved
- 4 toasted walnut halves
- 1 tbsp golden raisins
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp goat or feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 avocado, peeled and cut into small cubes
Dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh-squeezed orange juice
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation (Serves 1)
