So the healthiest bread choices are those that are going to bring nutrients into your cells and that are not going to have an adverse effect on your blood
sugar. So how do we do this? We create situations where we're eating breads with a lot of fiber in them.
There's not a whole lot of calories in them. And there's not a whole lot of carbohydrates in them. That's how we do that.
So some of the breads that I love for this? Really simple, really easy. You can make your own bread-like cracker
with nothing more than just Parmesan. Simple Parmesan. That's it. You shred some Parmesan.
You put it on a baking sheet. You bake it for a few minutes and you've got a really crunchy, tasty, rich Parmesan tasting cracker.
It's delicious. And another thing that you want to look for in your breads? Not too many ingredients. You want to keep the ingredients low.
Because when you have too many ingredients, you're getting a lot of preservatives and a lot of other things that you don't want in there.
So I love a lot of the coconut breads. I love the almond breads. They're some of the best choices out there.
And a lot of those coconut breads and the almond breads that you can buy, they actually have really low carbohydrates, really low.
