The only thing that makes me give the staff a lower than perfect rating is that , as a new patient I explained to the receptionist my medical concerns and had to wait two months to get a new patient appointment. She didn't mention they had a walk in clinic to address my immediate blood pressure concerns. I was on my way to urgent care when I saw they had a walk in clinic sign. it would have been nice if the recepionist had mentioned that they had a walk in clinic to address my urgent concerns.
