"I came to Forward Motion with fractured left shoulder. The pain was as bad as I can remember ever experiencing. Adriana worked to help me restore motion and strength in the shoulder. I improved gradually with treatment. Every new day was kind of a miracle. I was always discovering an increase of function. Adriana was very careful in the early stages of my treatment and very sympathetic to my pain. She worked with me for four months and the pain became less by stages. When the bone (humerus) was declared healed by my doctor, Adriana moved me into exercises and treatments geared toward strength and range of motion and I think that my recovery was astounding, especially considering my age (66). I can now do almost anything I did before and I look forward to continuing my recovery after I leave Forward Motion."
