I've been seeing Dr. Bennett for over a year now, and she's fantastic. I'd been having problems with crippling anxiety and procrastination and she helped me cut through the noise and learn to trust myself, be more assertive, and get at the root causes of my insecurities. You wont find her helpful if you're not willing to do the work, but if you view your time with her like a team effort and a journey, rather than focus on her "fixing" you, you'll get a lot out of sessions with Dr. Bennett. Easy to talk to, kind, not judgey. Highly recommend.
