Dr. Lenda is a lifesaver! I have been going to her for the past 1.5 years. I came to her with severe PTSD from being a career firefighter at a local city. Seeing death on a daily basis, I experienced horrific nightmares, flashbacks, unregulated emotions, copious amounts of shame, and suicidal ideations. I was truly in extremely dire shape and had suffered every day for years. She was able to assist me in finding a life worth living through her extensive knowledge of DBT(Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), paired with great empathy, kindness and determination to help me. She helped me find new ways of navigating my emotions effectively. I gained problem solving tactics, self worth, and a positive new way of living. Dr. Lenda gave me the tools and guidance to overcome the burdens that my PTSD, depression and childhood trauma had placed upon me. I very highly recommend her as a psychologist. Her intuition, problem solving, communication skills and memory are unmatched. 5/5 stars.
