She was very understanding. I kind of got thrown to her from my primary care doctor, who didn't want to take patients with my insurance. So she made time to help me with my preoperative clearance and my paperwork for my leave of absence the very first time I met her. She handled this ridiculous situation with compassion, grace, and kindness. She is a very special doctor.
