I was nervous about meeting with Mr. Onadeko at first. I had tried to see someone about my mental health a few months prior and it didn't go well at all. Our first visit I was practically in tears because of how kind Mr. Onadeko was. He listens to any and all concerns and experiences I have without interruption. Due to the stigma surrounding mental health issues, it can be hard to feel safe enough to open up and not be judged or dismissed. I'm lucky this isn't the case with Mr. Onadeko. If it is, then, I certainly don't feel it! :)
