I've been seeing Dr Winder for therapy for a few months for relationship issues I've been having and it's been very helpful. It's great that he specializes in treating men, there aren't many good therapists who do that. I tried a few others previously but none were close to being as good. Ask him for an appointment if you're actually ready to do work in therapy and not just looking for a place to go complain and blame others for your problems (which I used to do)
