THE BEST. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HIM. HE LISTENS TO YOU AND YOUY PROBELEM..TOLD US WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND HE WAS GREAT AT DOING IT. NO MORE PAIN FROM DAY ONE. I RECOMMEND DR GARNER AND HIS STAFF TO ANYBODY
