If you are looking for some help, look no further, Aletta VanderPlaat is the crème de la crème. Not only is she experienced but she is dedicated to her practice. It is clear that she continually seeks out novel research to aid in her treatment plans. She is trauma-informed and compassionate, which makes you feel safe, heard, and hopeful. Also, the building is well managed (they have the 'good' soap in the bathrooms), warm and peaceful.
