I highly recommend Alex! She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. The staff is attentive, friendly and accommodating. She offers flexible days and hours (Evening and weekend appointments as well as phone, Skype and FaceTime consultations). Her approach is very simple and easy to follow. You will feel very comfortable talking to her. I've lost over 50 pounds since I started with Alex! From a size 14 to a size 4! She gave me the tools to succeed on my own.
