It’s always a pleasure to see Alexandra Robertson. She’s very knowledgeable about everything I have asked, professional yet friendly, and can address any of my concerns with the exceptional ability to explain complex matters in what I call 'layman's terms', meaning it's easy to understand for us non-medical folks. I've seen a lot of medical people in my 60-some years and she's definitely at the top of my list. It's not often that you can find someone who knows what they are doing, but at the same time make you comfortable to be around - especially considering I really don't like going to medical appointments! It's nice to see someone that I can feel comfortable talking to and yet easily address every questions in such a way that I know I am with the right person for the problem I had to see them for.The place can get busy at times, which means things get backed up, but she always helps me and I know I'm seeing the right medical person for the job.
