Dr. Alex is INCREDIBLE at what she does. She is so intelligent about the human body, and shares her knowledge in such insightful ways! She has educated me to better understand my body and how it functions and helped me grow in being mindful of my movements. She not only does manual therapy and adjustments, but incorporates so many approaches to address the root issues causing your physical limitations including cupping, strengthening, stretching, breath work, isometrics, activation, and so on. I trust her, feel safe "in her hands", and have improved my 13+ years of chronic back pain and 7+ years of hip pain/stiffness. I never once went longer than a day without back pain and I emailed her after our most recent session thanking her that I was on day 3 of no pain! I am so grateful for her insight and her approach and that she is using her skills to bring wholistic functional mobility into my life. I highly recommend Dr. Alex!
