Alexis is simply excellent. It's essential to my mental health to have a therapist that can not only help me sift through life's struggles but someone I can relate to...someone who can relate to me. Alexis is that and so much more. For the first time, I felt comfortable talking through topics that were otherwise too hard to discuss. I can be my true, authentic self, which means so much to me and my mental health.
