There was a point in my life where I felt I was all the blame, the reason, the target to everyone else's disappointments. I didn't think I was worthy of better. I didn't know how to look into myself and find that comfort and acceptance in who I am. it was hard to look in the mirror and not cry. Alga Singh gave me the window to that person who wanted to come out and be happy. she showed me that I can comfort and reassure myself, how to separate what does not belong to me. There is more to learn.
