I have been with her since 2017. She’s never rushed me. She always accommodated my appointments. Therapy takes time. First time no one opens up. It’s a work in progress to have your therapist understand your needs. Honestly I have come a long way through trauma and ptsd. Aliah has helped me cope. Helped me find strategies to help my situation to be more confident. And feel that empowerment. I have recommended to to friends and family. Honestly anyone I thought would benefit.
