I really appreciate Dr. Elrod's methods as she uses pressure points for tension release and leverage for easier adjustments without the pain. Visits with her are NOT a 10-15 minute crack-job and out the door with more knots than you walked in with...she spends a lot of time in each session and works on full body balancing. She is knowledgeable and listens to you, and also provides helpful exercises and stretches for your specific condition.
