I’ve been with Alice for about two years and she has helped me make some incredible changes in my life. She’s extremely professional, yet also has this way of making you feel extremely comfortable. We’ve worked through some past issues from childhood, made connections between those issues and current behavior, and now continue to work on how to recognize that behavior and take action to change it. I’m incredibly grateful to her. Outside of our sessions, she’ll also send me articles on things we discussed or items she think may be helpful to me. As someone who was relatively new to therapy, I’m so glad I chose Alice.
