Came to Dr Kovach yesterday with severe sciatica, unable to stand or walk unassisted. Same symptoms that put me in an ambulance and the ER several years ago. Could barely walk into her office so after STEM and light therapy she recommended ice packs and an Rx Prednisone pack from our family physisian. The entire staff had to help me get into my wife's car to go home. Her treatment and advice were spot on. The ice and Prednisone, plus Robin McKenzie's exercises (paperback ISBN 0-525-94560-
