She has been very helpful in every way, is very kind, and has taught me exercises to relieve my symptoms and helped strengthen my shoulder prior to my Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement! She also helped treat my vertigo that was very important for me to be steadier on my feet and prevent falls Thank you Alicia very much Kathy
