She is extremely knowledgeable, and professional. She's helped me as an advocate in dealing with my son's school. She is exactly the person you want with you. Calm, firm, and wickedly smart. She found discrepancies in the service the school was providing. She stopped them from providing 'bandaids' to problems, & called the people out on in a respectful, but commanding tone. She provides great information, and support. Alicia truly understands the challenges of special need families.
