Alisa has helped me off and on as needed since 2005. She is a wonderful resource, advocate and person. I truly feel that she cares about me and believes in me. She is a constant source of encouragement and thoughtful advice. She's not afraid to go deep and work through tough issues, giving honest feedback after careful listening and consideration. I've been impressed again and again by her ability to follow, reign in and make sense of all the tangents I wander off on. I'm so grateful for her!
