Alison has been truly reliable, thought-provoking, and caring presence in my life since I started seeing her regularly for therapy. When life happens, she flexibly makes sure to "meet me where I'm at" and find a way to support me, listen, and practice care. Throughout our time together, I have learned valuable skills--she has been an advocate, a mentor, and a source of guidance. She takes time to check in with me about my goals, and works hard to provide useful facts, info, or outside resources
