I have been seeing Dr. K virtually for several years. I feel both understood and accepted. As a person of advanced years, I have progressive challenges, and she has helped me address those with more grace and dignity than I could have mustered on my own. I believe she is truly insightful, and has introduced me to alternative opportunities for conceptualization and problem-solving behaviors for my consideration. She has never been judgemental of me or my choices. The term 'unconditional positive regard' certainly applies and in my experience that's both rare and valuable. Dr. K is a gem.
