How likely are you to recommend Dr. Parsons?
I had ACT-based treatment with Dr. Parsons from around 2017 to mid-2019, and I cannot recommend her enough. She is very compassionate, understanding, thought-provoking and most of all, extremely flexible in each and every session. She listens when it is needed, questions you and your perceptions, values and thoughts to try and get to the core values which one wants to live their life by. For example, one thing I find myself asking myself frequently when running into scenarios or situations where I get anxious or depressed, "are these thoughts helping?", which was just one coping mechanism I learned through our therapy progression. Again, I cannot recommend her enough and truly enjoyed my experience with her until I moved out of state.
