Dr. Ludlow is the best physical therapist I have worked with over the years. Excellent for trail-runners/ultra-runners. The thing that separates him from every other PT I've been to is how good of a listener he is. He truly wants to understand his patients and their sports injuries opposed to other practitioners who are more assumptive on diagnosis. I went from being able to run only 2-3 miles with severe tendinopathy to months later finishing the Wasatch Front 100 (picture attached) with no pain/issues during the race. I highly recommend Dr. Ludlow to all fellow trail-runners // ultra-runners. He is incredibly experienced with chronic hip and hamstring injuries and leverages dry-needling and shockwave therapy to get athletes back to 100 percent. He is also probably the MOST experienced practitioner in the state leveraging shockwave therapy. Highly recommend.
