Ally is the best therapist I’ve ever had. I’ve been to others who just didn’t work or weren’t comfortable to talk to, but Ally’s office is always a safe space and she’s so cool/laid back. She’s great at cutting to the chase and getting real about solving problems—she’s not a “feel good” therapist that just lets you vent and tells you it’s going to be okay. She’s been doing therapy for a long time, and she gives great individual attention and helps create an action plan that will work for you, even if you don’t even realize what that plan is. She’s good at working around self-doubt, and I’ve found that I’ve had some problems she helped me solve without me even realizing it! Her sessions are intense and sometimes really emotional, but that’s exactly what make her sessions so effective for me. She is so supportive and maintains patient confidentiality. End of story, Ally rocks. If you’re struggling, CALL ALLY!
