Allyssa Lanza worked with my family recently and provided exceptionally effective, compassionate therapy to heal from a traumatic event. Before we began therapy, my son was suffering from terrifying nightmares, inability to sleep, and high levels of stress and anger. Within 2 months of our therapy together, the situation was dramatically different. We learned many tools, individually and as a family, to manage difficult situations and transform complicated, negative feelings. As a result, my son has been able to process his grief and recover remarkably well. I can't speak highly enough about how smart, insightful and caring Allyssa is. I would highly recommend her for anyone seeking help for their themselves, their family, or their children.
