Friendly, yet professional. I trust her care and can relax enough to let her do her stuff. She suggests regular appointments but isn't pushy about it. I prefer the activator, which she uses, but she can also manipulate if wanted or necessary. I like that her table reclines from a standing position and you don't have to try to get down on one when you are hurting. Depending on what I did, it usually only takes one treatment to be good to go. I highly recommend Dr. Engelhard
