If you need a GREAT chiropractor go see Dr Kelsey at Health Source of Oakdale. She is Awesome! I attended a free class she gave on golf readiness last spring through the school district & took her up on her free assessment. She helped me strengthen my core, improve my posture but also helped me extend my back swing which added about 30 yards to my drives! She provides gives me exercises to help reinforce and strengthen my situation.
