I went to Dr. Merchant to treat worsening insomnia. She was very easy to talk to and flexible about how to treat my sleep issues, accepting the things I felt I couldn't easily change and coming up with things to try that worked with my lifestyle. She had me do a sleep log to get a better picture of my actual sleep patterns, and we came up with a plan which ended up working well. I was able to reset my sleep pattern and improve my sleep efficiency.
