Personally I found Amanda to be extremely skilled and effective in helping to resolve symptoms related to OCD. I spent a great deal of money and time working with a much less experienced ICBT practitioner and all that effort felt like a great waste after finally being tired enough to switch to try working with Amanda. Amanda was able to explain concepts and share solutions in a few sessions that other therapist spent months trying to. I think it is challenging to speak to someone with OCD in a way that doesn't seem condescending as the condition can take us so far out of reality but her treatment has been far and above superior while also being more affordable and ethical than the twice as expensive practitioner.
