Dr. Kiser is very responsive and helpful. She has incredible knowledge on Cochlear Implants and cares about her patients. She has done a wonderful job of mapping both my girls. Always helping when any issues come up with insurance or device issues. Dr. Kiser has been so supportive we are lucky to have found her.
