I have been in counseling off and on for 23 years. I have seen many different types of counselors, psychiatrists, and psychologists. It’s often discouraging, but you can’t give up. You have to find the right fit with a counselor. I praise God that I have found Amber Shell. She gets it. She’s trained and skilled at what she does. She not only listens to hear, but to help. She’s fully engaged and has a 100% caring heart and valuable experience. I am excited about my treatment plan for depression and anxiety and know that together, we’re going to overcome and work to heal brokenness and trauma.
