I started seeing Amie a couple years ago as the result of anxiety related to my high stress profession. She has truly helped me navigate this. Amie is an amazing listener and even remembers things I've talked about or mentioned ages ago. She also makes fascinating connections and I feel heard and seen. She is great at scheduling in sessions and makes me feel cared about. She has a natural gift for her role and I'm truly grateful on how much she has assisted me on my mental health journey. Highly recommended.
