Amy is a wonderful therapist. She specializes in EMDR which was a very helpful method of therapy for me. She genuinely cares, is professional, and gives you honest and detailed feedback and strategies to deal with past trauma and day to day difficulties. She tells you how it is but is sensitive and provides care that is individualized and helpful in a caring way.
