Amy is by far the best therapist I have seen. She's compassionate, very insightful, calm (when I'm not) and helps me see when I'm not thinking rationally, - without being rude or hurtful. She usually lets me come to it on my own. She has been a complete life saver for me in a lot of ways. I'm stronger and happier as a person after seeing her.
