Dr. MacDonald helped my daughter a few years ago when she was struggling with anxiety. She did so much in helping her and our family to work together and make things better. More recently I realized that I also needed counseling and it was the best thing that I could have done for myself! Dr. MacDonald is caring, perceptive and insightful. Meeting with her, working on life changes and taking the right medication has all made a wonderful difference for me. I am so grateful!
